Well, so far nothing much. He is living his life in shame and maybe in rehab for sex addiction but the FBI can still come after him.

By the way, he is called Eliot Spitzer, and his tag line was "Bring some passion back to Albany." OH YEAH HE BROUGHT PASSION TO ALBANY...
